Grazia Business Solutions is offering Sales Representative opportunities to a motivated individual with a passion for Sales who wants to be part of a fast growing website hosting and development department.  We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team as an Independent Website Sales Representative

Grazia Business Solutions is a leading business solutions company located in Parys, Free State initiated with the intention of addressing social-ills such as Youth Unemployment through innovation.  Our Web Development Division specializes in custom website design and works one-on-one with business owners to bring them a professional and effective online presence.

As a Sales Representative, you will be selling website hosting services and custom website development packages.  You will earn a share of revenue (currently 30% of the sale) from each account you bring in, along with ongoing monthly commission on all website hosting account sales.

  • Training will be provided
  • Business cards, marketing and promotional materials provided at a minimal cost
  • Strong company testimonials, reputation, and portfolio along with name recognition locally will be there to back you up

As a Grazia trained, self-motivated, innovative, service oriented sales professional you will consult with small to medium sized business owners about their online advertising and marketing needs. You will be required to handle all aspects of the sales process, including identifying target clients, analyzing a company’s website needs, showcasing Grazia Business Solution’s portfolio and explaining website features, closing the sale, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying prospective clients and working to find leads given specific target markets
  • Generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Website hosting and website development sales
  • Website design portfolio presentation
  • Following up with prospective customers and selling new website features or services to current customers
  • Utilize Grazia’s Project Management software to manage closed sales and communicate project needs

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A strong work ethic: self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision required
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills, internet savvy, and ability to learn new skills with training
  • Experience in selling advertisement, print, or services advantageous
  • Background in IT or Sales/Marketing are also advantageous but not a requirement these will be gained in on the job


  • 30% commission of the total sale amount of the Account you bring in
  • Commission paid as per each account’s payment arrangements
  • Ongoing monthly commission on website hosting sales for as long as the client is active and you hold a working business relationship with Grazia Business Solutions

How to get Started

  • Register as a Member of the Sales Team and Training For R250
  • Undergo 2 x Sessions Training and receive your Membership Certification
  • Get your Sales Starter-Kit for R250 (Business Cards, Manual, Name Tag)
  • Other optional Merchandise such as T-shirts, Shirts, Blazers are also on Sale.
  • The Membership Certification is a requirement for selling any of Grazia’s Products
